    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Powergaming is when your character does something that is unrealistic for them to do.

Buttercup is a Snow Elf that is 140 lbs and is 5’11”. She has blue eyes and bluish/white hair. She easily connects with people, that is most likely because she only grew up with her mother (who had issues of her own with finding a partner). However, it soon becomes more of a weakness than strength because she gets constantly betrayed by people she trusted.. this causes her to become very hard with trusting. Her mother had strict faith in Wyrvun’fiyem, just like all of the elves around her and before her; this strict faith also rubbed off on Buttercup. She is almost just like her mother, except for one detail... she enjoys literature as a pastime. Unlike the ones before her, she uses it to write down her ideas and thoughts and feelings instead of history (kinda like a journal but she refuses to let it be called a journal).

Physical Description: A witty and very punful gal. She kinda can be a smart-ass at times but really ignorant at other times. She is 5’11” and has blue/white hair.
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
