Lomion grew up strong and disciplined. He always explored the forests that he deeply valued, thus becoming wiser everyday. The unforgiving cold weather did not upset him, he accepted it. Every now and then, wanderers would come up to Lomion in the forests, while he was meditating, asking for help, which he always provided. One day, 3 black bearded men asked Lomion to help them reach their boat, saying they were merchants, trading across the lands. As Lomion was showing them the way to the harbour, the wanderers managed to capture him. Lomion was 300 years old at the time, wise and intelligent, but not as strong as other snow elves. For 37 years he served the 3 pirates on their ship, in chains, suffering day after day, thinking of a way of escaping captivity, and have revenge. One night, one of the bearded men got very sick, and the other 2 were aiding him with medicine, thus leaving the ship with no captain for some minutes. Lomion was washing the deck when he saw that, so he ran to the front and took the wheel, sailing the ship into a massive rock, sinking everyone, including his fellow slaves.

He was hungry and restless, thus drowning in the salty water of the sea, awaiting his death, thinking it is better to die a rogue, a fugitive, rather than a chained slave of mad pirates. As his mind was fading away while looking at the dawn, he was sure he would not see sunlight again, but somehow wakes up on wet earth, on the isle of Atlas, hungry and weak, thinking he is cursed to be a wandering soul for eternity. He realises he is not dead while he walks through the woods in search of help, with hope.
