    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Meta gaming is when your character uses information it has obtained OOC in IC.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Power gaming is not taking in consideration someone else’s character while in IC and not acknowledging that they also have the right to react on the given situation.

As Maxim wasn’t in the mood to talk he ignored the man and pointed to his ears pretending to be deaf.
As the gentleman tried to communicate with Maxim, he quickly ran away and hid behind some boxes until the man was long gone.
Afterwards Maxim went off to deal with his own affairs in the city.

Overall it's a well written application, there are just a few tiny points that you need to change, as listed in the comments of the application.   • The only thing you need to change is when your character found gunpowder, as it is not a thing in LotC. Guns are not a thing in lotc. Please change this accordingly.
