    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: It's when someone uses information outside of the character's knowledge to advance the roleplay. For example, asking in out-of-character chat where another player is located is outside of the actual character's knowledge, therefore metagaming.
    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: It's when a character has too much unrealistic power in roleplay, especially in battle. Like being able to hit your opponent with 100% accuracy while being invincible yourself. It may also include indirectly controlling the other character's actions.

Myltel was raised by a single mother in the inner-city of Fenn. His father left their family when Myltel was only 23 years old due to civil disobedience towards a high priest. His father was always short tempered, and he often did not agree with the notions of the Faith of the Seven. One day he went to a temple to spit his concerns, but ended up causing discourse and was therefore shunned in the eyes of his peers. This was detrimental to his relationship with his spouse. Much to the dismay of Myltel, she did not want to be seen in Fenn side-by-side with his father. He left and was never heard from again from the citizens or even the family. This experience of being the son of an infamous figure caused Myltel to be resentful of his bloodline, he grew up timid and afraid to cause as much trouble as his father was known for. This mindset further didn’t allow Myltel to talk outside of his teachers or family, or to take risks for the sake of his people. Thus, he never went into the military nor applied himself to any community event after his graduation. He would stray around with the other street urchins outside of the citadel, and that’s where he lies to this day.

Physical Description: Myltel has platinum blonde curls resting upon his freckled face. He hosts a height of 5'10" feet and has an average weight of 150 pounds.
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
