    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Metagaming can be used as well as MG, Metagaming is basically using OOC information ICly. So if I see someones OOC name tag and use it ICly thats defined as MGing.
    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Powergaming can be used as well as PG, Powergaming is basically when you do things that the character couldnt do. For example I would want to lift up a house out of the ground and throw it across the ocean. That is defined as PG

Allard Garrick,

born and raised in Atlas. Allard was just a small child when he had to help his family on their farm, Allard always used to help his father and his older brother with all the harvesting and animal killing. Allard’s family did not have a lot of money as they had to pay off loans for the house and the land they bought. Allard’s father was experienced sword fighter as he was being teached by the best sword fighters in the country. Allard was tought by his father sword handling and all the stuff behind it. Since Allard was little he always dreamed to be a knight or some kind of fighter. He always looked up to his older brother and father. Allard’s older brother was killed by a cold blooded murder at a local pub. Allard took that hardly and was recovering from it for a long time alongside with his father and mother. Allard wanted to seek revenge on the people who made his brother suffer. 

 

As the time was went Allard turned into agressive man who was starting fights and arguments with strangers and people around him. Allard made a decision he wanted to be alone and leave his family behind. At that time there were floods and he had to migrate to a whole new world named Arcas. He just arrived into the new unexplored land and is currently seeking housing and trying to find a way how to find new people and how to earn money. He is currently trying to recover from his mental illness issues. Allard is prepared for any challanges that might intervene with him and his life.

Physical Description: Blue eyed white male, muscular body, old raggy clothing, multiple scars on his knuckles and hands.
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
