Arrietty Kogane was born 19 years ago alongside the Principality of Curon. She lived peacefully with her grandmother for many years until her double-digits, where her grandmother suddenly passed from an illness that she is still completely clueless to. Arrietty chose to start living life on her own but didn’t realize what true faults came to it when she suddenly was hugging her knees in a forest, her stomach empty. She hadn’t thought of getting any food for her next years of living. She was close to nearing starvation when a girl by the name of Slavyana suddenly discovered her. When she was found, Slavyana noticed her graying hair. Arrietty was well-aware of how her hair was turning to a white color, but Slavyana was more concerned than anything. She explained how her genetics resulted in poor growth regarding melanin, and Slavyana seemed to understand right away. Arrietty’s hair was white, and she was starving. She appeared as if she were in the state of her late grandmother. Slavyana brought her to a hut where her own grandmother happened to be, and they made a nice meal for her and took her in. After two, long years, Arrietty was back to full health, but still had a generally weak immune system. The two grew up as close friends for quite a long time, which leads to now! The present time, where the two are now thriving throughout the word of Atlas.
