You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

She adjusts her posture, attempting to look taller, (which doesn't do much) just in case the hag decides to fight. "Well uh-" She hesitates, unsure whether to trust the woman or not…after a moment or two of silence, She decides that if the woman wanted to fight, she would have already…And even if she did attack, Krayol would win considering that's an old lady…Relaxing a bit but still on guard she starts to speak. “I know I must look young for an elf” paused for a response “I am. But I figured the younger I am the longer I have to travel…Truth is, I have no ‘real motive’ for traveling other than the fact I've always wanted to…I only got the chance a few months ago when both my parents became very ill…I had been taking care of them for a while because an ailment had been carried by one of our town's shipping boats. I cared for my parents but the truth is I wish they had died sooner…Now that must sound horrid but listen. Ever since I was young I was treated indifferently…I suppose it's because my father's family suspected I was the result of my mother cheating since I look nothing like my father, being blonde instead of a brunette like him, but I don't believe my mother would do such a thing…Anyways- my father began to treat my mother horridly and never loved me. And due to my father treating her badly, it was my fault…So both my parents hated me and the whole town looked down upon me due to being my mother's daughter. Well after that illness came every old elf died, including my parents.
I've only been out of my town for a few months and I headed straight here…I don't know why it just felt like where I needed to go- which- speaking of…what is this place?
