Haz hails from San’Kala, of the War Nation of Krugmar. He trained under the Raguk clan, but came to be considered a whelp. In many ways, he did not measure up to the other uruk. Physically, he is more slender than one might expect from an uruk. Moreover he did not share nearly as much bloodthirst as Raguk are typically known for. To make matters worse, he lost an eye during battle, putting him at a further disadvantage and causing him to be in recovery for an extended period. Beginning to regain his wellness, Haz worried that he would be culled, in accordance to uruk tradition, for his weakness. In a moment of cowardice, he fled from his home fearing for his life. Having nothing but the clothes upon his back, the young uruk wandered the wilderness alone. Having some survival knowledge from his warrior training, Haz managed to survive in a forest for some time, until he was found cold and hungry by a goblin named Lazmir. The old goblin (my irl friend Softecat, who is sending an application at the same time as me) was unaffiliated with any clan, as LOTC lore states that some goblins are. Lazmir had lived a solitary, nomadic lifestyle for a long time. Having a missing leg himself, he took pity on Haz’s disability and the two orcs became fast friends. They learned they shared many more similarities as well – hailing from the same clan, and having a similar outlook on the nature of violence. Haz and Lazmir now travel together in order to help Haz grow in strength and bravery, and to help regain his lost honor.

In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Powergaming is when your own roleplay encroaches on other players roleplay. An example could be in combat- if a player says "I kill the other player" rather than "I try to kill the other player." It is also against the rules.
