Quinn Thekla Leisa

There's no one in world that he respects more than his grandmother, who raised him instead of his parents and taught him everything he knew about mining, trading, smithing, and most importantly, the gratification of greed.
He was skilled in the smithing, being able to craft the sharpest and most durable blade amongst his peers at one point, but he started taking short cuts since it meant saving resources and maximizing profit. His tools, and armors are never the best they could be, unless he made them for himself and his kin.
Through many years of trail and error in his trading skills with his grandmother, he has learnt how to be cunning when it comes to gaining the maximum profits he could acquire with low grade ore. Be it through wordplay, or simply turning it into something shinier looking then what it actually was worth, he'd find a way to turn trash into treasure. His grandmother commends him for his accomplishments but condemns his trickery, so he listened to her words and tried to be as honest as he could throughout a few years his of trading work.
His honest ways didn't last very long, after the cave-in took the life of his grandmother like his parents, he went back to his old ways. He wasn't an honorable nor honest dwarf. As long as there was wealth to be had and an easy way to gain it, he'd do it even if it meant the risk. He's heard many stories of the world outside by other business partners, and dreams of finding people to go on a heist with him to rob the biggest elven provinces outside the caves. But until the opportunity arises, he'd be content with living amongst his people and helping out expand the caves.

Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
