How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Gaining of information your ingame character wouldn't know for your own advantage. (i.e being warned of a seige in advance by an opposeing party via skype)
How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergameing is emoteing that puts you at an advantage without justification by lore. (i.e casting a spell your character had no way of knowing that will kill an opponent)
