The lands of Atlas have strong influences of elven culture. Isendur takes heavy pride in this fact and the lore of ancient magic and texts wildy excites him. Magic in any form is what he has longed for from his earliest memories. Elves are fond of nature and Isendur is no excpetion, however, he does not only see the beauty, he wants to control it. Evocation is the magic of choice that Isendur wishes to become the master of. There is something dark however about Isendur. He was born with dark hair, not natural of his High Elven brethren. He has very little recollection of his mother as she died when giving birth, and many speculate that his black hair was a gift from a dark elven father. His mother was said to have been versed in magic, which is one reason Isendur longs for knowledge of the arcane. Isendur through studies has learned of the dark arts of necromancy, though in the Silver City of Haelun'or, very few are willing to speak of it. Why does it have to be considered evil? Sometimes he asks, only to be met with hushed lips... Or sometimes he thinks... it is always evil, though, intriguing.. Its all magic is it not? Isendur has a love for the Motherland, but the continent of Atlas is big, with many untold secrets, adventure, knowledge, and its magic belongs to the elves, it belongs to Isendur.
