    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is using outside information inside the game for an advantage. Also using knowledge from a past character. Example: someone tells you that a guy is going around lauring people into wooded areas and giving out free stuff so you go across the map to go get free stuff. your character would never know that because your friend told you that over a call so your character could not of heard about this from him due to the fact that your friend is far away.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Acting as if you are invincible. Example: somebody with a frail character is able to defeat somebody with a strong build in one hit.
