Eloise Chastain of the Heartlander society is a young lady of wit and ambition. She is passionate about anything she wishes to work towards. As of the current date, the 18th of The Grand Harvest, 1652, Eloise is nineteen years old and has never been more starved for the world. She wishes to conquer her dreams and aspirations, one at a time. Still, her composure holds these facts hidden from the view of the public eye.
But how did she become a woman of such traits?
Chastain was raised by her father, Pierre Chastain, and without her mother, Eloise Alexandria, in the capital city of Senntisten, Marna. She led an early life of calm, learning how to be a pleasant young lady under her father's strict teachings. Yes, he was strict, but that is not to say he was unkind or cold. The man was quite helpful to Eloise. He helped her to nurture her love for painting and reading and even assisted her in homeschooling. Soon, she was a well-educated, graceful young woman. Still, he could not tame her to a specific cage of life. Her attitude and sarcasm could not be contained no matter his attempts!
When she was sixteen years of age, Eloise found herself at odds with Pierre. He wanted her to take over the family business; a clothing store. Alas, she could not! Eloise wished for nothing more than to attend great parties and to present herself as an artist. How could she give up such a delicate, wonder-filled dream?
So Eloise struck out on her own as best she could, taking up work wherever she could and selling her works. She hopes to one day rise to her expectations of life and to become well-known among the common people. Perhaps, she will one day be known as a wonderful artist by all!
