    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: When you use information that you have gained out of character to influence in character decisions. Like you see on the forums a certain town is under attack and you run over to check out the action.
    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: When you force an unfavorable outcome on somebody because you said it in RP without giving them a chance to counter. Such as *pulls out sword and cuts ear off*

Ben grew up in the port city of Sutica in Arcas. His father was a great merchant always wheeling and dealing to get a better price, Ben took note of this becoming quite interested in currency. He would often take old apples his favorite fruit stand owner would give him, being to old to sell, and sell them to local neighbors as if they were fresh using his charm to up the price. As he grew he became an apprentice under his dad learning the ways of trade and adding to his natural ability. He realized one day that he could trade as much as he wanted and buy out other stores, but he could only ever be as big as the city he lived in. So he set out traveling the world seeing everything there was to see. The Talus Grove, The cloud temple. He now looks to settle down and start a business in a bigger city and maybe even branch his business to all of Arcas one day. So begins his adventure.

Character Gender: Male
Character Age: 45
Physical Description: Hazle eyes, with black slicked back hair. Decently well dressed with a button up. Somewhat worn down shoes to show a lot of walking, but very slim.
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
