    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Metagaming is when someone uses information that is out of character roleplay to help them in anyway. An example of this is, "Hey, Jim SolfWood where did you get that sword?" Jim Replies "Oh you can just look at the Lord Of The Craft website."
    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Powergaming is when someone acts on another player that would be pragmatic but otherwise not unable to do.

Elric SolfWood Biography:

 

Elric SolfWood was born into a underprivileged seed on the outskirts of Caras Eldar, with his father (Farvyne SolfWood) being a devoted follower of Aspectism and his mother (Leaforen SoldWood) not really leaning into the same ways of her Husband, because she had bad experiences with the other followers of Aspectism in their seed. As Elric grew the tension between his mother and their seed grew too, to an extent of the father leaving her and Elric. They were both banished from their seed; Elric and his mother try to find there end meets by salvaging what is every left on the forest floor. Elric's mother feels betrayed by her seed, Aspectism, wood elves, and slowly losing her sanity. On one night Elric woke up to not find his mother but to hear what sounds like the tearing of flesh, Elric stood up from the forest floor to turn the corner of the tree he slept by to find his mother tear off her own skin.

 

She turned to Elric "Oh my Elric... what beautiful eyes you have... it's your fathers, let me take those off... with the ilmyumier too." After that night Elric left the forest with his body covered with bloody scratch marks, becoming partly blind, a ragged robe and his mother's bright green amulet. After that Elric sots to become a druid so he can put his mother at rest in the forest and to regain his eye sight.

Physical Description: Elric Softwood: Eye color: Green, Facial Features: White Hair, Tan skin Clothes: Green, black, and gold robe.



Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
