How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Doing something like helping others without the character himself doesn't know that someone needed help, but it was the human controlling the character that knew only, not the character him self.
For example: Player123's friend NoName321 would say to Player123 that he would kill Player123. But Player123 would go kill NoName321 just that he couldn't kill Player123 first and that would be Metagaiming and not fair for anyone.
How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Someone appearing more powerful than the character that they created in a unrealistic way. For example: Player123 would say "And he punched NoName321 in the face killing him easly".That wouldn't be fair or if Player123 would have an injury on his hand and would still use it without any problem. Powergaming is also making your character better than the others like a god, king or invincible just randomly during a combat or something.
