    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Using OOC (Out of Character )information to effect IC (In Character) event or situation.
    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Not allowing other to have effect or cause during roleplay. In a way it is God-Moding.

Born east of Ker'nor Enthorial would have a fairly generic upbringing. His mother was a Jewelcrafter and his father a Farstrider (ranger). Once of age and could hold one properly he would never let go of the bow. Hunting and gathering for his family in later life this would only evolve. Wanderer a Ranger and Loner. Take your pick Enthorial began all of them. As a very well kept dark elf he'd become fond venturing into the unknown and comeback with a souvenir or two. Quite witty and not affair to even crack a joke/s even in the most unneeded times. Choosing the path of wandering he would find himself travel more than staying in once place. Having his 'official' title of ranger like his father he'd know the wilds as well as everything in it. To be recognized by his own he would have a small taste of community. Becoming teacher and instructor aspiring ranger-types, swordsmen, and devilish rogues. Even though his family has a heavy importance to him he won't appear to be around them much. His choices in is long lasting live appearing to have driven him to the border of any relationship with them. As his family putting it as "He is meant for the world not a house. " Nevertheless he still remains in reach of them if need be. The talisman around his neck being a constant reminder.

Physical Description: A solid 6'4 an average for his race. His eyes were a scarlet red his figure fit and well kept. He clearly did also a physical activity.
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”

- Your definition for metagaming is incorrect, change it

- Your definition for powergaming is incorrect as well, change that too

Welcome to LoTC, you'll be whitelisted soon enough.
