Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

Roswin Stone is a tall man with broad shoulders, though a hard life on the road has left him gaunt and windblown. At the age of 17 Roswin Stone began his service in roving mercenary companies. Now though, Roswin lives as a traveler, helping where he is needed and taking on only what he must.
As Roswin enters the tent, he remains ducked as not to touch the ceiling. He takes in a long breath smelling the aromas of the tent. Chainmail clicks as Roswin sits cross legged on the cushion, locking his eyes with the hag.
"My name is Roswin Stone. I've been traveling the local towns. Clearing dens, transporting goods, escorting people. Helping. I'm passing through, and wanted to see what you all needed."
