How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming within my own words would be having a character know something in-game that should only be known out of the game and is not general knowledge nor related to their backstory.

How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming within my own words would be unrealistic actions of other characters and or forcing others to do things they had no choice in, or unrealistic actions such as a baby having magic and killing everyone in the whole wide world.

She looks at this well dressed man, curious yet cautious expressions, slighty shifting her weight onto one foot and back and forth, feeling a bit anxious. She took a moment to breathe in and out before speaking with a slight smile.
