Joshua was a highlander town boy, who lived with his parents, Jennifer and Shamus, Jennifer tended the farm, while Shamus sold his skill with a sword as a mercenary. Joshua didn't like to help farm, he found it boring and dull, so instead taught himself archery, and learned sword fighting form his dad. When he turned 19, his village was raided by bandits, they set fire to the building and crops, his dad went outside to help fend of the bandits, and his mother and him stayed inside waiting for it to end. After a while the bandits kicked down the door, and set fire to the house while Jennifer begged for mercy, Joshua grabbed his bow and his dagger he made himself, then quietly went out the second floor window, into the farm, then started to run, hearing his mother scream as she was killed by the bandits. He ran as far as he could, then he figured he should start to live off the land, until he got stronger, then head to a nearby village, then start life own his own. And this, is where Joshua’s journey begins.

She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
