Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

Hestreck gets closer as he observe if the old hag is secretly hiding a weapon. "i arrived her in search of rare ingredients for a certain reason..." defensively. " by any chance, do you know of a place that has anything of that sort?" The old hag begins to tilt her head questioningly. "for what reason would a mountain dwarf as yourself would be in search of these so called "rare ingredients"? Hestreck hesitantly feels the urge to tell this strange woman everything, as if her company gives a sense of comfort around her. "i wish to make the world's greatest food to share with people I call my comrades. Those who would shed blood for me as I would for them."
