    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Powergaming is when a character does something out of their physical limitations. For example, if a character took another character and subdued them with one punch and ripped them apart limb by limb

Radish is a high elf who has amnesia. He was found at the age of 3 and raised by a normal human family in Marna. Being a primarily human area, Radish definitely stuck out there. He was noticed by many people and was put under many different types of prejudice from the people who were against non-human races. He, being normal, wanted to live the normal life and carry out daily activities as the people of Marna do. However, he had yet to realize that his main purpose in life was to re-populate the dying high-elven society. However, this proves to be very difficult since the kingdom of Marna does not trust him to do anything or go anywhere.

They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”

Your character can not have been raised by wolves, sorry but you must choose a different backstory, one more grounded in something that would realistically happen.

You do not include any lore in your bio, I suggest a specific place, event, religion, or etc. Feel free to read on the wiki for reference.

Your pwoergaming definition is only half of what we're looking for, try to think about powergaming in a roleplay example.

Also, your skin still needs to be an MC skin not a reference art.
