    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Meatgaming is when you learn something OOC, and use that information as though your character knew it IC despite them not being able too. this would be like me learning of a secret plot to assassinate a king, and suddenly my character knows about the plot and confronts the people that are a part of the plot, despite not having been involved at all previously.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is when you proclaim your character is able to ridiculously impossible feats without any narrative evidence (Such as being able to claim that you as a new character could slaughter an entire kings army), and it also refers to when you force your actions without a chance to respond or force another player to take an action (Such as,"I shoot an arrow at the king hitting him in the heart and killing him" or "I try to stab john and he tries to block but trips over a rock and gets stabbed by me anyways")

Aisling takes a look at the bazaar in front of her, the mass of people causing a pit to develop in her stomach, and the man directly approaching her only caused it to start digging faster. She then takes a deep breath and closes her eyes before shooting a sharp look at the man who approached her, showing no hint of her discomfort with the situation. "It's honestly not really any of your business is it?" She'd say with the a huff "But if you had more than half a brain, or at the least two working eyes you'd be able to tell" She'd say quickly moving her shoulder and causing the bag of meat to bounce. She'd then mutter an "idiot" under her breath before walking past him and surveying the stall, looking for a shop that was open and looking to buy fresh pig.
