Catarina was born to a small family in Sutica, where she grew up with plenty of friends as a child, though with her inability to speak with more than a soft tone, put a damper on her social life, As it was hard to get her point across. She loved playing by the water as a child, standing in the water letting the waves roll over her toes was her favorite. Eventually she grew tired of being ignored because no one could hear her, and decided that from then on she would stand up for herself when she needed to. She found out the hard way that doing is harder than just saying it. As a teen she was considered fairly normal as many girls were quiet and reserved. As a young adult she worked mostly as a saleswoman or other simple jobs that needed doing, because of her soft nature she found it hard to provide for herself at points. The hustle and bustle of trade that Sutica is made it easier to do so in Sutica than places such as the snowy north she had heard about. She so desperately wanted to go there, see the snow, meet the people. When the Inferi came, she decided that it was now or never. So she packed her bags, hitched a ride with a traveling trader, and headed north to see that tall Ash tree.
*A little startled by the sudden introduction, she whispers quietly. “I’m here to acquire wealth..”
*She plays with her hands, subconsciously thinking that he may have not heard her. Instinctively, she tries to find an escape.
“Maybe I should get going? Haha, the days seem to be short and the nights are even longer.”
*In an instant, I begin to start walking away without saying my goodbyes first.
