    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Metagaming is using information that your character wouldn't know in the roleplay. It's using 'meta' knowlage.

Raven was born in Ker'nor, Axios (where she still lives ) to a couple of an arranged marriage, it was clear that her parents did not love each other. She is the second youngest child of her family. seeing that her mother was 446 years old when she gave birth. Due to the Curse of the Elves female and male Elves can't have any children after the age of 500 and they have to wait 10-15 years in between each child. She as always wanted to be a master swordsman er swordswoman and is know and expert (in her opinion). She decided she wanted to learn swordsmanship when she had snuck off one night to explore. She does not like talking about her past because she feels she had already lost so much and remembers the pain and hates having to go back and relieve that pain. The problem is due to this she also struggles to relieve the good. one such experience was when her younger sister Luna (TheOnyxDragon) ran of to pursue her dream of exploration.

Fun Facts

She is from a family of 9 and oddly enough all 6 of the children are either died or traumatized

of all her 6 siblings she only knows the whereabouts of three of them (Luna , Opal, and one other)

A mere year later Raven set out to find her younger sister Luna

Raven spent a few years trying track down her sister and along the way found two other siblings

She currently travels with her three sibling and they for the most part are nomads

Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
