Aelrion grew up near a small settlement on the outskirts of Aelwen, far deep enough in the woods that most outsiders never passed through it. His mother was of High Elven descent, which shows in his lighter complexion and violet eyes. His father was a wood-elf scout who was gone often. Growing up, it was mostly just him and his younger sister, and she fit in with society a lot better than he did. He spent most of his early years just wandering the forest on his own. After enough decades of the same thing, he started noticing the travelers coming through the roads more, and it got harder to ignore that there was a lot of world he hadn't even seen yet. Eventually he just left, just grabbed his things and started walking with no aim.
Aelrion pulls out the chair and sits down, resting his arms on his knees.
"I was from Aelwen, originally. Though I haven't been back in a while." He glances around the room for a second then looks back at her. "Been traveling long enough that it's hard to give a straight answer to that."
He shifts in the chair a little.
"As for what I want to make of myself, I'm not really sure yet. I left home looking for something, I just don't know what that is." He meets her eyes. "But I figure I'll know it when I find it."
