Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

Flop smiles and does a quick search for a seat, his eyes landing on the cushion gestured to him. "Oh my, you know of me do you? I dont think I've peddled wares close to here, are you perhaps blessed with great foresight? My story is what you want? Lucky for you I'm happy to give that for free!" He gets comfortable and leans forward, smiling at the hag, a lady beyond her years, as he begins to tell simplified tales of his life. Oversimplified. Quite unhelpfully so. Information such as: "I was born, I lived until the age of what I am now, I sell things" Quite, childish. But his smile never leaves his clean face.
