Gurak grew up in a nomadic tribe, the tribe used to live in the jungle before deciding that nomadic living would be more beneficial. Guark held high respect for all the leaders that taught him how to be a great fighter, after the tribe leader died in combat there was a struggle for power in which Gurak won, only 17 years later was he dethroned by a challenger. Now and days Guraks goal is to find a younger orc to teach his ways so that the traditions of his now disbanded tribe might not die. Despite his age Gurak is not done fighting and he will continue fighting until the day he dies.

They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
