Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”
((How do you respond?))
Baltazar—Though confused at the hags statement—sits and begins explaining an embellished, and more elaborate version of his adventures; how he, traveled to this point. Eventually he gets to only a day prior and tells her this "Well you see at this point, I was ever so hungry and tired! I decided to search for a village to stay at, instead of camping outside, so I asked around whenever I saw travelers, and after having to camp outside one last time... I found this town! now I've also found you, and whatever insights you may have in store." He ends off his tales, hoping for the woman to impart great wisdom onto him.
