"Hello sir. I'm Sh'yen Yhen and I came to this wonderful city in pursuit of adventure! I hope to learn more about the community and culture here. Nice to meet you." Sh'yen replied.
"How's the city looking so far. Miss Yhen?" He asked curiously.
" It's been beautiful! Back home, our village in Sutica was way smaller! Look! The front gate of the city was 4 times the height of our family home. And these walls, they're so tall!" She exclaimed.
Sh'yen felt breathless with the scenery of the city. Everywhere she looked, she saw colors. Everywhere she went, new things kept popping up. So many new smells, sounds and people. The children are happy and the traders were joyful. The numerous stalls spread out like a colorful quilt within the bazaar, buzzling as people flowed back and forth.
"May I ask for you name sir?" She asked.
"My name is Fiete Soames. I'm a merchant in these parts. I can guarantee these people are the most jolly bunch that you'll meet!" He said.
" Glad to be your aquaintance, Mr. Soames. Do you know the directions to a library by chance?" I asked.
Surely a city of this magnificence would have a huge library. Just piles and piles of old books with their old paper smell.
To Sh'yen, knowledge was more valuable than any jewels money can buy. Knowledge pushes her, it supports her and it keeps her moving forward.
" Miss Yhen, if you down the road, you'll see a bakery. Turn left and there'll be a brick building with flowers beds. That's the city library." He replied.
She thanked the Mr. Soames and went on her way.
