Tiray, as most other Snow Elves her age did, was born in Tahu’lareh. She had a sister, named Porim, as well- Whom she was extremely close with, might I add. The two were inseparable, and shared a very close bond that perhaps even outdid their relationships with their own parents, Corymn and L’lieve. She and her sister were mutually known as a duo of mischief makers, and good ones at that- Tiray was best at playing the role of the distraction, while Porim committed to whatever evil little deed they had planned. And they remained like this, for years, being young and careless to the world until Tiray turned 46. At that point, Porim disappeared. Tiray was heartbroken, pained with the disappearance of the woman she trusted most in life- But Tiray has never been the type to wait around for others. She spent four years mourning, pained and for the first time ever, alone, trying to find her sibling in the city in hopes she’d one day, magically succeed- But the moment she turned 50, she fled Tahu’lareh to widen her range of searching. She traveled for years, and continues to travel to this very day, on the hunt for Porim and having various run ins throughout. She took up a role as a performer, to balance her flip-floppy side jobs trading and reselling- as a merchant, per say- and though such a road was bumpy for a long while, it did eventually prove just enough to support herself alone. She’s also, perhaps, toyed around with her romantic life a bit, developing a particular knack for playing hearts and fleeing- The fleeing bit moreso being her attachment issues. She also began taking an interest in not only herbs and healing, but poisons and detriments, making her studies in such a thing a hobby and a pass time. She’s also discovered an interest outside of her search- Magic. She’s only ever heard tales of what magic can achieve, and she knows barely anything of it- but it has sparked her interest, and she presently searches for a teacher on the sidelines. She’s never stayed in one place for too long, and though she hasn’t succeeded or made any headway finding her sister or a teacher just yet, she has made sure to at the very least enjoy herself and her life throughout her hunt.
Tiray paused, doing a once over of his person, before offering a roguish grin, and a dramatic wave of her hand. “Why thank you- A little bit of everything, to be quite honest. Right now? Extraordinary amounts of alcohol and an unquenchable sense of curiosity. How about you join me for a few hours? Give me a tour, would you? Wouldn’t want to get lost...”
