Ashla has had a very happy upbringing. She was born in a cozy home within Urguan to Rathona and Bjorn Grandaxe. Her siblings Eivor and Orvar both much older than her often took her on adventures and helped teach her. Her education has been typical to say the least, being tutored by her family. Her father was the loremaster of the clan so she often found herself buried within large books on top of a tree. It was here she began to build her love for wilderness and its creatures. She would swipe fruits off the bench bringing them outside to feed whatever little critters seemed to approach. One such animal was a small mouse, well at least that's what she thought it was before it spoke. The small mouse went by the name Waffle and he followed her back into the house where he created a small nest for himself beneath Ashla's bed. Daring not to tell her parents she hid him for many ah months. As she aged her Grandfather Astmar begin to teach her hunting, though she didn't enjoy it at first, she prayed to Anbella for her permission. And sure enough she heard a small voice telling her that if she did so in the name of Anbella she was allowed. And that is where her story begins. A happy upbringing with good education, a pet mouse named Waffle and a passion for hunting and the goddess Anbella.
[Ashla stands shocked for a moment, looking around to see if the stranger was indeed talking to her. She sighs tucking a lock of her hair behind her ear and tries her best to smile] "Hello.. Aye have come from Urguan, simply just here to travel and learn more about the world." [She'd avert her eyes awkwardly, some may even assume she were up to no good but after a while she looks back up to the man.] "Is there a library somewhere close?" [She would ask wanting to go somewhere much more quiet. She would nod thanks to the man giving him a small coin in thanks and following his directions with a deep sigh, hoping no one else felt the need to talk to her.]
