    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: Powergaming is that you make your character stronger or more powerful than it actually is.

Calminus is a young elf that really likes to be in nature. He is born in Linandria and always loved to draw, read and play.. He hates wars and fighting. His parents got slaughter just when he was a little elf of 35 years old. He doesn't really remember his parents, but he still misses them. His youth wasn't really bright. As a young woodelf he didn't have many friends. He always had one friend.. But the years going by.. he died.. Calminus didn't want someone close to him to die or leave him anymore. He decided to live by his one, so no one could ever leave him. Calminus lived in a sad world. But, he found peace in the woods. The woods helped him clear his memories.. Since then Calminus never leaved his tree..  Calminus wants to teach people the beauty of nature. Only is he a little scared to actually talk in public. Calminus lives in a small little tree in the Woods. Alone! He spends his time reading or drawing the Woods around him. But as he gets older.. He wants to go traveling.. Calminus is planning to travel over the world.. But when.. And if he will travel alone or with someone or something... You'll see..

Physical Description: Calminus is a warm and loving elf. He enjoys being in the Woods but also really likes to read. He is helpful and young.
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”

Please ensure the following changes are made before we can whitelist you upon our server, you have twenty four hours to do so or it will result in an automatic denial:

 

-For your application, you need to include at least one piece of server lore. This could be from where they live, (a place that has/ or currently exists within our server).

-You need to write a more detailed back story, of perhaps what his life was like growing up - what he found difficult, his aspirations and what lead him to the place where you currently envision your character to be at.

-You need to make your character description more detailed too. This could contain the color of his hair, eyes, skin tone - does he have any scars?
