    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: Metagaming is using something that your character wouldn't/couldn't know and applying that knowledge to a roleplay interaction/in character scenario. For example someone calls you on the phone and say come help me, then you go help them without your character actually interacting with them.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is basically just not playing to lose but instead playing to win. For example, using 10 actions in one emote. Another type of powergaming would be to force actions on other characters without giving them a chance to respond or react, like emoting killing someone and slashing their throat without any other interaction.

Ella would stare at the man for a moment, a slight look of concern on her face. Drops of sweat would be visibly seen dripping down her face. "Oh....  Ummmm, I'm here on private matters, that's all. Sorry  --" Ella would blush, looking downward before continuing speaking "I -- yeah. I apologize, I really must be going". Ella would then scurry off, holding the bottom of her dress so it doesn't drag on the ground. If he tried to question her more, she would keep going and start running if he looked interested in following her.
