Viara Leones was born a farmer's daughter outside the capitol of Carolstadt. Helping her father harvest grain by the age of ten, while receiving minimal education from her mother, though nothing more then basic literature and speech. Though most of her time was spent helping her father with harvesting grain such as wheat, and moving it towards carts.During her child hood Viara would often as possible try to enter the city to watch soldier marches, guards breaking up fights, and if lucky enough, glimpses of the royal family of Renatus-Marna. Followed by her parents strictness with religion of Canonism, this led Viara to develop a blooming effection for wanting to serve the crown directly in some capacity.
During her mid to late preteen years, Viara started having a growing interest in weaponry, seeing the best way to serve the royal family through military service. Finding she might not be good enough for it however, she spent months trying to think of a way to at least get some starting knowledge combat practice. At first, it was brawls with other kids, and stayed this way for a long while. During this time, she quickly figured she was slightly stronger then the other kids due to helping her father with harvesting. One brawl however took a less fortunate turn, as one of the kids she decided to fight pulled out an old dagger, while it wasn't exactly big, it was enough to rake across her face, creating a small scar from around the side of her nose to her back jaw. Not only would this scar grow along with herself, but it taught her two things. The first, is that if she keeps fighting the way she was, she might get hurt far worse. The second thing she learnt was that she needed to start learning how to use a blade of her own. A few years after Viara was now fifteen, now actually working under her father, she begins to grow weary of being a farmer, her effection of serving the crown more directly still there, and has grown even more through the short years. To fill this need, she began training with broad sticks and small branches, going as far as to eventually make a wooden sword. During this time, she still got in to fights, though not nearly as often, and more so spars then actual fights.
Being able to get in to the city more often due to taking the wheat her and her father harvests, she still greatly enjoys watching the soldiers and guards, staying inside the walls for hours on end to do so. While nothing overall worthy of note or remembrance happened during the next three years, Viara felt the need to leave her parent's home at the age of eighteen. She seeks to find a war to possible serve the Renatus-Marna royal family, though she realizes she still has a while to go before she's ready to do so.
