always cool to see u submit an afflicted rewrite again, but what makes u want to see it in implemented lore over just being ur own tawkin mutation MArt? if i was going to rewrite it again (take that lightly coz tbh im pre sure mordu did most if not all of the heavy lifting) that's prolly what i'd do, especially if i had gotten to the point of trying to get it thru as an addition to tawkin and no longer its own standalone FA/CA.

DISCLAIMER: Apply the phrase 'not in a powergaming way' to every sentance i type here.
I really enjoy pushing the boundries of different magics and feats on lotc, and seeing how far i can accomplish new things with em. There's absolutely EASIER ways to go about it, but i find it much more fun to pick specifically one magic and see how far i can go with that rather than just picking up another 3 magics because they're technically easier.
I do also do similar things w/ alchemy lore, but magic's good for this bc magics will have. a Lot of really specific redlines for one way it can be used, and then huge amounts of vagueness for anything outside of that way. by lookin into the unnconnventional uses of magics on the server it inspires me to b creative and do more unique rp.
also lets me do 'irp experiments' by attempin something, not roleplaying the outcome, then asking an ST if it would have worked or not. -

im with you but from what i've seen in the past alot of the team seem to hate the idea of a metal thing being used by a kani guy, even if they're forced to be blunt - though i didn't know that special ironwood even existed ngl

it's cool but the kani use is a bad inclusion since it directly contradicts what's written in kani lore, i get that it resonates but it's still a dense material and trying to use it would probs disrupt kani resonance anyway kani users using metal weapons while using the magic was a bit of a contraversy last year
