In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: When a player uses outside knowledge for their oc even though there is no reasoning behind the oc knowing it. For example if a character were a healer and the player ended up reading a book that shared about weapon crafting and the oc they are playing suddenly knows everything about that.
In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: When a player forces another player to make the other's oc do whatever they want. For example one player in game telling another player that they have to only heal them or that they have to act suprised at something the character would be angry or neutral at.

She was born on 6/6 and raised on religion. She is half-high elf and half dark elf (thats why my profile says dark but this says light). When 13 her and a friend had been studying with a high-elf clan because they were the best Mali'ker of the group. A pure-blood Mali'aheral had broken into the study of their teacher late at night and blamed it on their friend. Irene kept her mouth shut about it being a setup and her friend lost her hand and was expelled. Irene then explained the situation because a deep seated fear of keeping silent and something else happening like this. The heads of the Mali'aheral clan then went through and saw that what Irene said was true. She has a scar across her left ear from keeping silent but her friend was allowed back in. After the training, she had become a master of healing and semi-decent at tracking. Her mother is a seamstress in the clan and her father is apart of the temple priests. She has an older sister that teaches the children of the clan and a younger brother that is training to become a paladin. She wanted to continue to help others so with her temple and family's permission, she was allowed to go out but she left with a snowy owl, this was so she could send letters and they could as well.
