You’ve just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As you look around, your gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. You duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? she begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

After spotting the hag he scans the tent before slowing making his way to the cushion "I wasn't exactly expecting anyone to know who I was in a place like this" He says plainly as he relaxes himself on the cushion inspecting the hag to see if he can find any hint of familiarity before subtly shaking his head not able to deduce how she could know who he is as he softy sighs before beginning to speak once more "well as for my story.....there isn't much to tell quite yet I traveled out here after setting out from home you see I got tired of just reading about the world and decided I wanted to see and experience it for myself I've lived most of my life just reading books about everything that's happened out here or.....at least anything that was written and I could get my hands on which wasn't that hard considering my parents made a decent amount of money as merchets before retiring I was even able to learn a good deal with a blade with a bit with a bow as well as basic skills to make it on my own out here probably why they didn't put up a fight when I told them I was heading out on my own.....but considering you seem to know who I am I'm surprised you didn't already know that" he saying holding firm eye contact with the hag unsure if he should remain on guard or suspicious of her
