Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

Ezryn looks at the old woman uneasily for a moment, still standing in the entryway of the tent before hesitantly taking another step inside and letting the fabric fall behind him. He looks at the cushion on the ground before glancing back at the hag. "I prefer to stand, if that's alright," He says softly, his demeanor slightly uncomfortable. "I'm originally from a small mining town. It's kind of hidden away deep in the forest. I traveled here because I heard tell of an exceptional alchemist. I'd like to become their student, if possible. I'd like to study study the practice under them."
