Meredith shook her head, hair billowing backwards in the wind. A well attired man walked straight towards her and posed a wide-reaching question. In an effort to answer as honestly as she could, she wracked her mind for a few moment. "You could say grand aspirations." She spoke with a thick and wily Norland accent, her hair strictly woven in a plait. "Rather I seek change, and I don't particularly mind how it is obtained. Just so long as it benefits as many people as possible." Licking her chapped lips, the crisp sea air made contact with her face and brought a small red tinge to her cheeks. "This seems like the place where dreams come true..." She spoke like a seeress, a farseer, but anything could be further from the truth.
She thought solemnly for a moment that this fortress city is a place where people became lost, forgotten, she vowed that this wouldn't happen to her. Yet, somehow the foreign spices and noises felt strangely alluring to her.
