    In your own words, what is powergaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: The act of someone using knowledge that their character wouldn't know to influence their decisions.
    In your own words, what is metagaming, and why should it be avoided in roleplay?: The act of one player doing an emote on another player that wouldn't allow that player to resist at all.

Gi'mlet, son of Gruin was born during the first frost beard uprisings in the lands of Vailor. His parents staunch supporters of the traditional kingdom of Urguan and its traditions. At a young age he was swiftly taken from the city by his parents and moved to the then duchy of courland where for many years he lived. Before taking arms in support of his new found city in the war against the oren empire. Finally though he grew wary of the war as he saw many of his friends and comrades die. He sought a quiet life in the countryside when he turned fifty but that plan was ended rather quickly with the down fall of Vailor and the great plague brought on by the spirit Orgon. His time in the lands of Axios were tame he kept to himself far away in the island of asul. When time came for him and the others of Axios to depart he boarded the ships quietly intent to see the new world with his eyes. Possibly a new found spark for adventure brewing.

Physical Description: Gi'mlet, Son Gruin has a well kept beard with his hair tied back. He has blue eyes and a splotch of paint around his right eye.
Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
