Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

He took a seat in front of the lady "Hi it's nice to meet you I'm Alric Thornwell" He said with a warm smile. "I used to be a strong-spirited adventurer always chasing the thrill of the unknown. I traveled across countless lands. For years, I lived for adventure and the thrill of life." He paused. "But life caught up to me one day, a group of armed bandits ambushed me while I was traveling. I fought hard barely making it out unfortunately I lost my left eye during the scuffle." He looked down at his feet. "I was taken in by the church in a nearby town. they offered me more than a place to stay, they offered me peace and more fulfillment than adventuring ever got me." He took a sip of water from his flask. "Now, I serve as a preacher. I teach the children of God, and I always try to guide them on the right path, most of them stay on the right path, but others, I wish I could have paid more attention to and given them extra support when they needed it."
