Halene is a Highlander, born in a family of foragers, settling away from the bustling cities. This makes Halene lack knowledge of many things, other than what her family has told her from stories. She now seeks to settle closer to civilization, using her skills as a forager and farmer to earn a living. Perhaps even meet like-minded individuals to discover what the world is like, her curiosity being the drive for her to leave her family's safety.
Her family is associated with the Raevir part of the Highlanders. While she might not have a full understanding of the history of the Raevir, her dad did, which she respects, making her associate herself as a Raevir as well.
Not new to the world but new to parts of the civilized world, she's out to make her name known to those who can use her help!

They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
