Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

Layrell looks around slightly confused before turning back to the old hag, an awkward smile painted across her face: "Uhm... I suppose thou refers to me?" - She looks around once more just to be sure. "I do not have much to tell, my life has not been one of struggles and of legend but a more tranquil one." - "I have lived in the forest for as long as I can remember, learning how to hunt from my parents and falling from trees occasionally and being scolded for it." Layrell chuckles slightly, a gimple of uneasiness darting across her eyes. "I lived a pretty good life, but that is exactly the botheration. I have never taken part in anything exciting!" She mumbles. "That's how I got here. I only have a few scars to tell tale of, though they are simply from falling or fighting with the local fauna." - "To come full circle, I am travelling to make my own story, so next time someone asks that of one, I shall respond with a tale worth sharing in kind~"
