Tangora

Celia grew up on the island and spent the entirety of her life there. Her people were secluded and unaccustomed to the ways of regular life on the mainlands. Although she was important among her people, she was looked down upon for being so strange looking. In comparison to her dark-skinned family and friends, she was as white as a lily, an albino. Among their small peoples, they had a sort of tribe that they operated under, and along with this a tribe leader. Her people weren't primitive of mind, but they had not yet learned of more modern methods of surviving. Celia's parents were the tribe leaders and had raised her to be honorable, just, and fair. Throughout her years she spent just as much time studying the world as she had spent becoming a great warrior and healer/doctor among her tribe. She was always fascinated with the morning breeze, and the restless winds, and how unpredictable the air could be. When she started to express these thoughts to her mother, she was brought to the elder of the tribe. In private she was told stories of the past, how their ancestors had once known the ways of the air, and how to make their own winds and use them to protect their peoples. From that point on, Celia tried her best to understand all of the complexities of wind, although she still did not know the ways of Arcane magic. 

Many years passed and Celia had finally come to an important age. She was thirty two years old, and after her celebration with her people her parents spoke to her alone. They told her how in every generation, the next-in-line tribe leaders are meant to go on an adventure on their thirty second birth year. In past generations the ancestors had gone to the mainland, usually in search of some knowledge, objects, or people that would help the innovation of their tribe. Now was Celia's time, and she was determined to bring back the ways of old to her people, the magic. She set off with all her people could spare, and sailed for days on the sea. Soon enough she came upon some fresh land, and her journey was only just beginning.
