Born to the family of Lumberseed outside of Dunshire, Ellijah, his father wished for his son to grow upon the trees and his mother wanting him to live next to the scythe. It turned into disappoint from both when their boy took to the fire of the forge, the heat rising and subsiding as steel and iron is heated to a glow like a small sun handled and shaped into anything and everything. At the early age of 9, Ferrus first was introduced to the forge during a trip to a mountain town of the dwarfs, the heat blasting against his face sent shivers up and down his spine like a warm summer’s breath during harvest season. It lit a spark unknown to him or his family, but due to this spark he constantly bothered his father about metalworking and forging. He learned all he could whether it was from his own family, or the library, or just passing merchants, he learned and soaked it all in until he finally reached the age of 14 and finally got permission from his father to leave home and learn the craft of his dreams from distant relatives in an old Mountain dwarf town.

Spending the better part of 8 years learning everything crafting a simple spade to a sword (he wasn’t allowed to make anything bigger than a standard sword due to his lack of physical strength), towards the end of it all he became a great craftsmen, but he began to long for home so after learning all he could at the beginning of autumn he set for home and truly begin his life.

Roleplay Scenario: The traveller has just arrived in a small town. As they look around, their gaze is met with run down houses and shops. They duck into one of the shacks, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the small room, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town?" She begins, then pauses to study their face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a chair, “Where do you come from? What do you hope to make of yourself?”
