Maddoc has always been to himself, he takes jobs that he wants and declines the ones he doesn’t, he is basically a lone wolf, but doesn’t get disgusted by other people with him, he works as a mercenary, trying to care for him self and his pet wolf Antoinette, named after his deceased daughter from a time long ago, he now works to find some sort of purpose in his life.
Maddoc was born into a small family, his father Gordy and his mother Lilac cared for him when he was younger...but as time grew on they took a liking to his sister Belle, Belle was sent to a studious hobbit for her teachings meanwhile Maddoc was sent to a lowlife human for his education, he had to learn most of the basic things by himself, eventually after enough family drama he left home to be on his own, eventually he met his now deceased wife Maggie, he was the only person he ever really truly loved, that was until they had their daughter Antoinette, they had a small cabin in the woods, it was peaceful...Maddoc felt happy. One day Maddoc went out to fetch some food for the family, riding off to the nearest town, while he was out the house was set on fire, he doesn’t know how, that fact he doesn’t know haunts him till this day...when he got back it was burnt to the ground, no sign of Maggie or Antoinette.
Maddoc comes from The Kingdom of Haense, his family being there for many generations, until as we know eventually left, finding his wife and child.
Maddoc’s faith relies in Owyn, Owyn gives him some sort of hope in his life, maybe the chance to find who did what to his loved ones, he never knows. Maddoc’s parents are misguided people, often thinking they’re doing the right thing when they are not, for example favoring Maddoc’s sister more, neglecting Maddoc, which grossed madder’s resentment towards his parents making him leave
Maddoc looks the man up and down as he slings a bag over his shoulder, “You could say all 3, just depends on the circumstances good sir”, Maddoc continued to walk past the man and into the city, looking for the man he came here for, ready to claim his bounty.
