Santiago Salazar never knew about his mother, other than that she was a human that his father met in a cantina in Osanora, and that she died birthing Sebastian and Santiago. He was born to Salvador Salazar a 37 year old Adunian, he has a twin brother, Sebastian, and an older brother, Sancho. He has always had a very strong bond with his father, quite inseparable to say the least. His brother, Sancho, he is not very loving of, he acts very rude to him and this causes Santiago to dislike Sancho. Santiago was always introverted, and didn't have friends in Osanora, but new city, new life in San Luciano and he became a very outgoing and enthused. The family had once lived in Osanora, a vassal state under Sutica, but then joined a group that was living in San Luciano who were going to found the city of San Martin.
He would look at him eagerly. Heaving a huff, saying that "This is it! I am glad to be here and meet the great people living here. I am brought to this city by adventure, and wealth and all that this city has, I wish to experience all that this city has to offer and have a good attitude toward life here." He says, shaking his hand holding his duffel in the other hand. "I see that you are very wealthy, based on your dressing and all, what business are you into..." He would trail off and have a delightful conversation with the man that he has just met then and there. One conversation that could lead to a tavern and the man and Santiago could share a drink and toast to the future.
