Your character has just arrived in a swampy, dim town. As they look around, their gaze is met with shacks and cabins. It smells of rotted wood and wet moss. They duck and step into a tattered tent, illuminated by a series of candles suspended in the air. At the back of the tent, an old hag raises her head, “What brings you to this dingy town? She begins, then pauses to study your face—”Ah, it’s you. I’ve been expecting you. Sit,” she gestures at a cushion, “Tell me your story.”

Example: she sits and shifts uncomfortably in her chair "well... it's quite a long story- my mother abandoned me in a small rural farming town at three weeks old." she sighs "i was under the care of the village populace until one day at the age of 16 i suddenly collapsed onto the ground. When i woke up i was in the arms of a strange woman i had never seen before. She promised to adopt me after i mentioned my absence of a parent. Later i visited this woman's home and for days i felt like i had finally found a family but soon after she was kidnapped by a criminal gang who was involved with my mother and later unfortunately killed." folds her arms on her lap "by the time she was gone i was at the age of seventeen and embarked on my journey to a big city to aspire to be my dream career, a author. After many setbacks on my journey and a year in the hospital here i am with you on still on my way."
