    How do you avoid powergaming in roleplay?: As far as I know, metagaming is finding information OOCly to allow your character in roleplay to have the 'upper-hand'. For example, if someone were to tell another person OOCly their specific location ICly, this would be prohibited and considered metagaming.
    How does metagaming disrupt fair roleplay?: Powergaming is simply when a person resorts to absurd actions that are seen to be completely unrealistic and often would give the character they portray an advantage in any situation. A good example of this would be of the following: When a character would force sudden emotions on another person purely for the benefit of themselves, this sort of thing would be considered powergaming and to state the obvious, this would not be allowed in any roleplay server.

Victoria eyed the man before her, her expression simply unreadable. Soon after, she plastered a weak smile on her face returning his kindness as her hands had been clasped tightly in front of her, beginning to speak in a slight hushed tone: "Agh- nothing of the sort kind sir. Just a simple change in life." Victoria found her gaze wandering off to the large empire, staring wide-eyed at the eye-catching landscapes and large buildings, she found her mouth falling slightly agape. Nodding towards the man in a sort of bowing manner. "I shall bid you goodbye for now." She simply said, taking a step forward to begin venturing off into the Empire of Oren.
